12 -fresh jalapeño peppers
8oz -cream cheese, softened slightly
1 cup -shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg -bacon, about 8 oz, sliced in half


Preheat oven or grill to 450°. Cut stems off peppers,
cut them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. In a
bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Fill each pepper half with cheese mixture, wrap with
bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on baking
sheets or tinfoil and bake for 10-15 min until bacon is
fully cooked. Serve warm.
