3 eggs
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
3 cups milk
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp melted Butter
½ tsp vanilla
Butter, for coating the pan

Directions:

Heat a medium non-stick pan. Add butter to
coat. Pour a small amount of batter into the
center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook for 30-60 seconds and flip, cook for
another 10-45 seconds and remove from pan.
Fill with anything sweet that you enjoy: jam,
honey, sugar, peanut butter, or cream cheese.
Top with fruit, or jam and enjoy!
