Ingredients

  • 2 cups -Pumpkin puree
  • 4 -Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup -Oil
  • 2 cups -Flour
  • 2 cups -Sugar
  • 1 tsp -Salt
  • 1 tsp -Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp -Vanilla
  • 2 tsp -Ground cinnamon or pumpkin spice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla.
  3. Add sugar and beat
    until well combined.
  4. In separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
  5. Add to first mixture.
  6. Bake in 9×13 pan for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let cool and top with
    cream cheese frosting
