Ingredients
- 2 cups -Pumpkin puree
- 4 -Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup -Oil
- 2 cups -Flour
- 2 cups -Sugar
- 1 tsp -Salt
- 1 tsp -Baking Soda
- 1 tsp -Vanilla
- 2 tsp -Ground cinnamon or pumpkin spice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla.
- Add sugar and beat
until well combined. - In separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
- Add to first mixture.
- Bake in 9×13 pan for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool and top with
cream cheese frosting
