8 cups -Unpeeled cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 cup -Onion, sliced
3 tbsp -Canning salt
2 ½ cup -Vinegar
3 ½ cup -Sugar
1 tsp -Tumeric
1 tsp -Mustard Seed
1 tsp -Celery Seed

Combine first 3 ingredients, let stand 2 hours or
overnight. Rinse and Drain. Bring last 5 ingredients to a
boil, pour over rinsed cucumbers and onions, let cool.
Store in an ice cream pail, or in canning jars with lids.
Place in refrigerator.
