1 lb -Fresh Asparagus
1 med -Onion, thinly sliced
2 med -Tomatoes, chopped
3 Tbsp -Italian Salad Dressing

Directions:
Roast asparagus, cool, cut in diagonal slices. Combine
with tomato and onion. Add enough dressing to moisten.
Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate several hours. Stir before
serving.
