4-6 turnips, cut into ½ inch cubes
2 pears, cored and cut into ½ inch cubes
½ cup coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp raw honey

 

Directions:
Preheat over to 475°. Lay parchment paper on a
large baking sheet. Toss turnips and pears with
coconut oil and salt. Place on parchment paper and
roast for 30 min, flipping them halfway through. 5
minutes before finished, drizzle with honey.
