1 tbsp -olive oil
2 lbs -asparagus, trimmed
4 strips -lemon zest
Juice from ½ a lemon
Coarse salt & ground pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add asparagus and season
with salt & Pepper. Cook, tossing occasionally, until
crisp tender. Add lemon zest and cook 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, toss to coat, and serve warm.
