A twist on your typical warm spinach dip. This cold spinach dip is easy to throw together for an appetizer or even a meal in itself when served with a variety of fresh vegetables. This dip is fantastic when served with fresh vegetables such as carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, or green peppers. It also is a wonderful dip for crackers, bread, and pita chips.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
washed and dried, finely chopped - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt OR sour cream
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and Greek yogurt (or sour cream).
- Once well mixed, add in the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Allow dip to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for best flavor before enjoying.
