A twist on your typical warm spinach dip. This cold spinach dip is easy to throw together for an appetizer or even a meal in itself when served with a variety of fresh vegetables. This dip is fantastic when served with fresh vegetables such as carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, or green peppers. It also is a wonderful dip for crackers, bread, and pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
    washed and dried, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt OR sour cream
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and Greek yogurt (or sour cream). 
  2. Once well mixed, add in the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  3. Allow dip to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for best flavor before enjoying.
