6 -Peppers, assorted colors
1 cup -ground meat, your choice (beef, pork, chicken, sausage variety)
1 med -Onion, diced
-Shredded White Cheese
-Buttered Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Leave the stem on & make 2 cuts from the stem end
to the pointed end, creating a boat shape. Remove
seeds and prepare to stuff. Choose your ground meat
and brown in a skillet. Mix with finely diced onion,
diced pepper from the removed slices, and your
favorite shredded white cheese. Top with slightly
buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min
until pepper is cooked. Serve on a bed of your
favorite rice.
